That's what I call, getting into character!
Huh, acting pays, who knew.
Saw that performance, patrick stewart and simon callow were also in it, it was awesome :D
This happened in Australia, he kept the dollar by his mirror in the green room for the rest of the tour. Saw it in Perth :)
Couldn't upvote this more. One of my favourite actors in one of my favourite plays
Saw this in London. My biggest claim to fame is that if you google my name the first image that comes up is a 16 year old me with Ian mcKellan in a dressing gown after watching this play
Just to clarify, was Ian wearing the gown? Please say yes.
Yes, Ian was wearing the gown :)
LOL, I reckon that was his plan all along
I reckon I'd give him a dollar if i saw him like that.
These are moments you think about shaving.
Samuel Beckett <3
In fairness, he is wearing a tramp costume.
And she MAYYY be wearing a whore's uniform...but that does NOT make her a whore :P
You misunderstood. In British English a tramp is a homeless person. Normal_Person is in the right here.
How is that a whores uniform? you have confused me with your random statement.
Sorry, but how does that outfit even come close to revealing? She even has a jacket on and that purse it so big it covers half her torso anyway :p
There was a famous Dave Chapelle sketch kit where he talks about how women go to clubs looking like whores and get offended when people think of them otherwise. He goes on to say that he wants to wear a cops uniform around so when people come screaming to him for help, he can be like, "OH OH OH, just because I am wearing a police uniform does NOT make me a police officer." =/ Just making reference to the joke =X
ooo I saw this is London with Sir Ian McKellen! It was awesome!!
i helped build that set.
Sir Ian McKellen in Waiting for Godot? Where is this and why do I not have tickets yet?
Broadway. The best part is he is playing opposite of Patrick Stewart.
I'm hoping you mean Broadway, Blackburn, England. Otherwise I'm going to have to get a ticket to NY too
New York City...sorry.
My friend got to see this very performance. I am so jello.
You shall not pass........ without giving me some spare change.
Waiting for Godot is an incredible play.
Looks more like he was acting than being mistaken.
This may be my favourite photo ever, I'm including the scan photo I got of my baby yesterday!!!

Pan handling, "I'm thinking of buying a second house, closer to home"-Homer.
Your name says SpeeedyWilhelm, but your picture says Scott Pilgrim fan.
Is speeedywilhelm an actual thing cause my friends made it up as my nickname? Yeah I like Scott pilgrim it's funny.
I was more making a joke...
You know, like, "Your lips are saying no, but your eyes are saying yes," except not in a chat-up way.
