it looks like the bathroom of a hostel or dorm of some kind..... prehaps a resident broke the mirror and thought it a better replacement rather buying a new one for everyone

Or an eating disorder rehab. The one I went to didn't have mirrors so the patients couldn't obsess over our appearances.
