The emotional attachment some people have with their animals can be incredibly strong especially with dogs, so she could genuinely be grieving, however I think she is just a complete and utterly spoiled little fu*kw!t that is burning up valuable oxygen

There's only so much you can excuse even for a bad childhood or being bullied. Sooner or later it boils down to a child just being a spoiled brat. She didn't act like a child being bullied or who had bad parents. She acted like a child who was mad at the fact she only got "1 thing" for Christmas which she then calls "nothing". From what I can see she was old enough to be left alone while her parents went out so she is old enough to not be such a selfish waste of good oxygen.

It is sad to think people will behave this way. Although the passing of the dog may have added to the possibility of her reacting this way, a person should have been raised not to react in such an immature way. If she reacts this way to receiving just a phone after losing an animal, how will she react after losing a parent close to Christmas and then not receiving enough gifts? She could lose it and cause damage to herself or someone else. This girl needs mental help.
